I’m a personal trainer who works with those who are specifically interested in making long-term changes to their health and wellness. Together we look not only at improving overall fitness but also improving posture, productivity, diet and mindset.
The range of people I work with is vast – from business owners to mums, to couples, to those training for their first obstacle race or 5k run and more. All of them are looking for the same thing though – the knowledge that they need to live a healthier lifestyle.
I apply the same principles of The Warrior Method as I do with clients. However, depending on goals and personal preferences, we also incorporate:
- Bodyweight exercises
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Tabata (intense periods of work and rest)
- Core stability
- Pre & Post-Natal
- Natural Movement
I personally love having a yearly fitness goal and I encourage my clients to do so too. Whether it’s signing up for a 5k, half marathon, marathon, obstacle course race, boxing match, or something entirely different, I love working with people towards achieving their goals. I’ve also been known to accompany clients on runs and obstacle course races too! Anyone up for a cheeky Spartan Race or Tough Mudder?
