Re-Fit & Re-Balance
** Next course starting 24th April 2019, every Wednesday, 12 – 1pm at Elizabeth Community House, Islington, apart from the first session which is 12 – 1.30pm. **

A 5 week course helping new mums feel more confident about their body, less stressed, and more supported in their new role. Motherhood is a wonderfully crazy time and those beginning months are a period of re-adjustment and realisation.
During this course, not only will you get to know other new mums, but you’ll also start re-strengthening your body where you need it most, focusing on your pelvic floor and core. We’ll also go through vital stretches and exercises to counteract ‘pregnancy posture’ and the breast-feeding ‘hunch’, as well as discussing different themes each week, including nutrition, stress management, relationship management and more.

You’ll receive a PDF with the essentials that we cover during the sessions at the end of the course, so you can continue strengthening and stretching at home. All equipment is provided and included for you to take home as part of the cost of the course.
Babies are most definitely welcome!
- You must have had your post-natal GP check and be cleared for gentle exercise
- This is best suited for mums between 6 weeks and 7 months post-natal who are just starting to get moving again
- Please bring your own yoga mat to sessions.
