Aside from going all Amazonian and chopping off my boobs, it seems as though for those who do sport, jiggling boobs is just ‘one of those things’. Unless that is, you have a super powerful sports bra.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want a solid mass on my chest but rather something that doesn’t feel like it’s in charge of my body every time it pulls in a different direction. Boys, I imagine you’d experience something similar had you got a giant unrestrained willy nestling down there.
I must admit, from an early age, I tried several sports bras and ended up forming a long-lasting relationship with Shock Absorber. They cover enough boob to keep them under control and minimize the jiggling.
That was until I started getting chaffing on the under-boob band. So it was time to venture to new lands of boob restraints. I shunned the crop tops and the fashion sports bras and went for something that looked like it meant business without being too scary (you know what I mean, right?).
And so it was I came across Anita, a brand sold by LessBounce and not one I’d come across before. Whilst their colour combinations are limited, their styles aren’t.
As I do a lot of high intensity activity (bring on Insanity!) I was advised that the Anita 5527 Extreme Control Bra would be most suitable. And although I’m not a fan of white sports bras (they always seem to turn grey…) I was pretty surprised by how much I liked the England colours. Best of all, there’s a mesh side section that reminds me of basketball tops (very ‘now’) and a three hook strap across the back. The seams are also fairly well hidden (I’d go as far to say seamless) which bodes well for long periods of activity.
Whilst I normally workout with a long top over the top, I was keen to see the jiggle factor for myself. Having gone for a few runs around Highbury Fields, I was pleased with the comfort and fit and so here’s the proof that the Anita Extreme Control Sports Bra actually does work:
What sports bra do you wear? Any favourites? Are you, like me, too scared to change brands?
