I love the water balance app to ensure I’m having enough water daily, it’s great because it makes it a bit of a challenge to complete the day so I’m definitely drinking more water because of it. It’s free too! 🙂

Myfitnesspal! Lost 2.5 stone since this time last year. I couldn’t have done it without that app.
I love MyFitnessPal as it has so much information about such a vast variety of foods. It counter balances your daily intake with what exercise you have done that day. It also tells you your nutritional facts and what you are missing. Very useful and informative.
The Nike+ App is brilliant! Love to take it on every run.

Don’t use an app but love my Polar Heart Rate monitor. Since using it I found that for my age I was overdoing it at the gym!!! Tempered my routines now and feel much fitter for it 🙂
