The Warrior Method helps you live longer and stronger. It is a specific way of training which strengthens not only the physical, but also the mental. After all, it can be argued that in today’s ‘busy’ world spending time on your wellbeing is more important than ever. Just think, when was the last time you remember just sitting and ‘being’? Or focusing on how your body feels?
Don’t be fooled, the Warrior Method is also a challenging workout. It’s been called “inspiring” and incorporates a range of exercises which combat the sedentary way we live. There are 5 elements to each session:
- Re-balancing
- Breathworks
- Foundational Fitness
- Functional Fitness
- Visualisation
Each session is different and the functional fitness segment can include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), pilates, core conditioning, cardio, callisthenics and more.
