Eliza Flynn is a personal blog which has been running for several years now. It’s mainly about what I like to eat (not all is healthy), my fitness adventures and my personal experiences on being a new mum. There’s also a few posts about Doris, my gorgeous, if a little wonky, one-eyed secondhand cat but since the arrival of Hungry Bear, she’s been knocked off the top spot, much to her chagrin.
The blog features reviews about health and fitness experiences, new and exciting wellness trends, recipes and personal chit chat about mummyhood.
All posts on www.elizaflynn.co.uk are my own opinion and hasn’t been influenced in any way. I only blog about experiences and products I’ve personally tried and tested and if I’m sent products, I will state this. It does not affect my opinions and I pride myself on being honest about what I think.
All images on my blog and social media accounts are my own and any sourced images are credited. If you would like to use any images, please email me. I can’t think of a reason why I’d refuse – this is more because a lot of hard work goes into taking photos and I’d like to know where they’re getting used and to be credited.
Cookies
I use cookies on my website. These are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a website. I use these for tracking and user analysis. This allows me to see how many people are visiting this site through third party services (Google Analytics). I also use cookies for affiliate marketing and advertising (Amazon). If there are products I’ve reviewed I’ll include an affiliate link which use cookies. When I use banners, marketing cookies show you adverts that you might be more interested in. This tracking works by using the limited information available to it via the cookies and does not have any access to personal details. Want to control the use of cookies? You have the right and the ability to accept or reject cookies using your web browser, but if you decline to use cookies then your decision may negatively affect your experience of the site. You can remove or decline to use cookies by changing your web browser settings. More information can be found at www.allaboutcookies.org
Affiliate Links
Where I think appropriate I’ll use affiliate links, generally to link to products which I think you may be interested in. If you purchase products through these links, I earn a small amount of commission. These small earnings help me keep this blog going so I appreciate the support.
Gifted Items and Sponsored Posts
Occasionally I am gifted products, some of which I then write about. All opinions are my own and gifted items will be stated. Sometimes I am paid to write about products or feature infographics for a brand. These are referred to as sponsored posts and will be labelled as such.
Working with me
I am open to working with brands on products reviews and sponsored content. If you’re interested in finding out more, please email me at h e l l o @ e l i z a f l y n n . c o . u k
