Challenge your body and mind with a combination of bodyweight exercises, natural movement, intensive stretches, mind games and more, to strengthen, tone and flex. Increase your energy and focus your efforts.
This workout is designed to test all aspects of your strength, general fitness, mobility and flexibility. We also throw in a variety of challenges throughout the session. Week by week, you’ll see your body and mental focus improve.
All the bootcamps are outside, regardless of weather. There’s nothing quite like planking in the rain, or squatting under the evening sun.
The Highbury Fields bootcamps are taken by myself and Sophie Kay, from Fitology UK, on alternating weeks.

Who’s it for: WARRIOR Method Bootcamps are for those who want to live longer and stronger. We combat the bad habits you can get from sitting at a desk, working on regaining posture, helping you breathe properly and improve your strength and fitness at your own pace. It’s a challenging session but full of friendly faces and laughs.
When: Tuesdays 7.15pm – 8.15pm
Where: Highbury Fields, in the fenced off park closest to the netball courts.
What to bring: An open-mind and can-do attitude.
How much: £10 a drop-in session or your 11th class free with a loyalty card.
