Warriors come in all shapes and sizes, it’s the attitude which makes a warrior. An attitude which boldly looks the unknown directly in the eye and throws down a challenge, which is open to new experiences, which supports and helps others and which has fun at the same time.
My warriors are mentally tough, yet appreciate the need for a gentler side of living on occasion. There is no ‘can’t, only a ‘let’s give it my best and see what happens’ way of thinking and most importantly, there’s a no-nonsense approach.
I’ve designed a series of warrior workouts, to focus the mind, strengthen the body and improve resilience and confidence. There are sessions for mums, which babies can come along to, as well as for anyone who wants to improve their fitness levels and wellbeing and have fun at the same time.
The mums sessions aren’t by any means less tough, but they’re adapted for the ‘new’ body and include exercises to strengthen areas affected by pregnancy and birth.
There are 3 types of Warrior Workout classes:
WARRIORRR: Focusing on repairing and restoring the post-natal body.
WARRIORRR MUMS: An outdoor fitness session for mums. More sweaty than the WarrioRRR sessions.
WARRIORRR MAX [COMING SOON]: A fun outdoor bootcamp open to all which involves a variety of exercises, including bodyweight.
